2017 Deliveries in the Chicago Area and Rockford Area
We have projected pickup times for when you can reasonably expect your box to be ready for pickup. This worked very well in 2016, and we are confident that it will work well in 2017.

“The pick-up process is seamless. Our pick-up site is located just 5 minutes away from our house, so it is very convenient.”
~ Yelp Review

How You Benefit

  • Plan your day with more flexibility, due to our earlier predictable delivery times
  • Receive your share earlier, fresher, cooler, which will be a huge benefit, especially if we have a hot summer

Things Happen
Pickup times in 2016 are listed below for each site. We currently project that these schedules will apply to 2017 pickup times as well. However, due to traffic surprises, such as parades, road construction and block parties, it’s possible that your share won’t arrive at the scheduled time. If there is a systemic change to your projected pickup time, which could happen if, for instance, we open a new site on your route, we’ll make sure to let you know.

Also, it is possible that a weekday pickup will be re-scheduled for a different weekday for the whole season. In other words, a pickup scheduled for Thursday could be re-scheduled to occur on Tuesday. A weekday pickup will not be re-scheduled for Saturday, nor will a Saturday pickup be re-scheduled for a weekday.

We will be configuring our actual routes in April or May, so you will be notified then of your specific delivery day. If you determine that a re-scheduling of your pickup day will inconvenience you before the delivery season starts, Angelic Organics will provide you with a refund of your share price upon request.

We Were Pleased with Share Deliveries to Sites in 2016
We were pleased with the delivery service last year. The service delivers the boxes in refrigerated trucks, so they arrive at community sites cool and fresh.

“As a working parent, I love the convenience of early morning Saturday pick-up just 5 minutes from my house. It’s become part of our weekend routine, and my kids always love to help pick up the veggies to see what’s in the box.”
~ Yelp Review

You have Many Sites to Choose From
We have over 40 delivery sites in and around the greater Chicago area, allowing our members to pick up their boxes of freshly picked, organic, local produce as conveniently as possible. Each of our CSA shareholders is assigned a certain day of the week to pick up their box, depending on the delivery site they choose. Delivery site hosts are usually Angelic Organics shareholders who volunteer their porches or garages to serve our farm community.

“Angelic Organics equals excellence. We have been season shareholders for years — and hosted a delivery site for many of those years. The boxes are filled with a delicious and fresh variety of produce week after week. I honestly cannot recall receiving a box that did not delight me. You can eat with confidence that your food grew in healthy soil, tended by people who care about feeding people now and keeping the farm viable well into the future. I really cannot say enough nice things about this farm. Try it!”

Perhaps You Would Like to Host a Community Delivery Site
We are always considering adding more delivery sites to accommodate our shareholders.  Hosting a site is a great way to build community and to meet fellow shareholders. If your site is an establishment such as a health club, medical clinic, grocery store or a non-profit organization such as a park, library, church, or synagogue, you will be fostering good will for your establishment and perhaps increasing patron traffic. A new site needs to serve a minimum of 20 shareholders. If you think you might like to host a site, visit our page Would You Like to Host a Delivery Site?
